Our Story
We're Otis Breading and we serve up Suffolk sourdough toasties with a twist. Taking a humble British classic and pairing it with great ingredients and big flavours inspired by our travels and mixed heritage.

When our little one, Oaty, was a few months old, we had a couple of vinos and placed the winning £500 bid on our horsebox. If you'd told us then that within a few years we'd have traded at some of the UK's biggest festivals, we wouldn't have believed you.
​
Since then, we've served our toasties at festivals including Glastonbury, Latitude and We Out Here. When we're not taking the family on a toastie road trip, we're serving up the goods around Suffolk - local events, corporate gigs, and private hires.

OUR INGREDIENTS

We work with quality suppliers we trust - our Woodbridge Sourdough from Harvey & Co, Fen Farm's Baron Bigod, kimchi from Fermenteria, meat from Bramfield Meat Co., Stokes chutney, and everything else locally sourced wherever we can. Some of these things we still make in-house in winter, but as we've grown we've partnered with producers who share our standards.

We cater for vegetarians and vegans, and can work around most dietary requirements - just let us know what you need.
