Our Story
The passion for making the perfect grilled cheese began with many a late night experiment. Creating the perfect balance of ooze, crunch and flavour combinations. Whenever we're eating out, we're thinking about how we can draw on the different elements and create an irresistable toastie.

We lovingly converted our horse box over a fly-by 18 months - turns out trying to find time whilst having a toddler can be somewhat challenging! In homage to Oaty, Otis Breading was born!
